Claims for liability against "Restauration Kopernikus" for damage or losses of a material or intellectual nature arising from the use or non-use of the information provided or from the use of incorrect or incomplete information are excluded, unless "Hotel Restaurant Pflug" can be demonstrated to have acted maliciously or with gross negligence. 2. Links
Where there are direct or indirect links to external websites which are outside "Restauration Kopernikus"'s control liability for such websites would only arise if "Hotel Restaurant Pflug" was aware of the contents of the websites and it was technically possible and feasible for it to prevent access to them if they contained unlawful material..

The provider of a site is solely liable for illegal, incorrect or incomplete content on it and in particular for losses or damage arising from the use or non-use of such information, not the provider who merely provides a link to the site in question.
